It must be that time of year for the government to waste money. Last year we saw 3 million dollars invested in temporary buildings in Ulsan Grand Park. The festival was then cancelled for Swine Flu, and the buildings were taken down.
This year they are planning on building a temporary train station for the event! Why not build a normal train station?

What is an Onggi? Well, if you use your dictionary you’ll discover that Onggi simply translates as pottery…Why can’t they call it the Ulsan Pottery Festival? Onggi is not a distinct word like Kimchi…
