Self Defense Class for Women

There is a free woman’s self defense class being organized by Troy at Benchwarmers and Danny Kesseler. Danny is the founder of Angels with Attitudes, a self defense program which has been taught in 5 countries and he has been featured on some major US news/information programs. He’s a world class instructor, and he’s here, in Ulsan offering his services.

The class will take place Sunday, October 18th from 2 to 5 pm at Yangsa Elementary School which is right behind Benchwarmers. Please wear clothing appropriate for exercising.
