Update on the rape case
Posted by Ulsan Online on Oct 7, 2009 in | Comments Off on Update on the rape case
This is a detailed look at the rape case that happened to a foreign female in the Bukgu district of Ulsan this summer. The staff at Ulsan Online strongly recommends that you read this, and that you take part in the Self Defence Class on October 18th. Ulsan is quite a safe city, but it does have crime. Violence against foreigners is not unheard of (I’ve been assaulted) and crimes targeting foreigners (especially scooter theft) are almost regular occurrences. Please, be careful in your time here. Don’t be paranoid, but don’t be stupid either.
