Pedestrian Crossings
Posted by Ulsan Online on Mar 12, 2015 in | Comments Off on Pedestrian Crossings
Do the painted pedestrian lines mean anything when there is not a lighted green/red icon for walking? It seems that cars do not respect pedestrians whether they walk on white paint or not.
When pedestrians cross the street at a crosswalk, all drivers should stop in front of the crosswalk not to obstruct pedestrians’ crosswalk and not to put them in danger. Traffic accidents caused by not-protecting-pedestrians are charged with an offence of traffic major list.
