With the holidays right around the corner why not get a little fitness in for a good cuase?

Artio Fitness is happy to be hosting the first ZUMBA class for Chairty at Sticky Fingers

Event INFO:
When: Saturday November 18th 15:00 (3pm)
Where: Sticky Fingers
Cost: By donation, All proceeds will go to the shelter, Classes usually run about 8-10,000 but you are more than welcome to donate more or less depending on what you can give.

About the Cause:
The SeaGil womens shelter has been selected to be our chairty, it is a womens shelter in Busan offering housing for women and children that need a place to get back on their feet. Many of these families have to leave situations where they can’t take much with them and the shelter helps provide clothing and school supplies, as well job training and contacts so they can transition in to an independent life easier. These shelters help anyone, locals, forigners and Immagrants, they are always in need of donations and so we will ZUMBA it up for a great cause. About ZUMBA :
Zumba by Artio is a little different than your normal Zumba class. The classes take music from all over the world and set in some sick dance moves to get you, dancing, shaking and loving life. Classes, are cardio based,with toning and shaping elements to get you looking and feeling like your best self. This class is full of energy and fun, and will leave you walking away with a full workout and a smile. Beginners welcome and the class is oepn to anyone looking for a good workout!
