Discrimination Laws

What forms of discrimination are legal? Is it ok for a business to specify only male or only female apply for a job? Can a business ask for a specific nationality or deny nationalities in applying? Can a business specify what customers are allowed, either by sex, nationality or color? If these activities are not legal, what should someone do to report them? According to EMPLOYMENT SECURITY ACT Article 2 (Equal Treatment) No person shall be treated discriminately in receiving job placement services or vocational guidance, or making a decision on employment relations, on the grounds of sex, age, religion, physical conditions, social status, marriage, etc. If you have any question about employment relationships, call 1350 (for foreign language press 5), which is the Consultation Center of “Ministry of Employment and Labor”.
