Yes, you read that correctly! A museum dedicated to pot. And it’s even going to be shaped like pot. No, not that pot, you drug-addled, sex-starved (or should that sex-addled, drug-starved) foreigner. Clay pots. Korea has decided to build a museum dedicated to the onggi style of Korean ceramics. It should be finished in August 2011.
If onggi really is your thing, you needn’t wait until then to check some out. October is when the onggi expo is Ulsan brings in tourists from all over the planet. In fact, all three onggi enthusiasts promise to show up and ogle the onggi.
