Due to the rain that we’ve been receiving, a retaining wall the new Ulsan Foreign Language High School has collapsed leaving the building dangerously close to falling. Just take a look at the photo! The only words that came to mind were “WTF!?” The city officials blame the recent rains, according to JoonAng but I believe there is more to it than that. The popular blog Gusts of Popular Feeling had some clever words as well.
