Innocent Until Proven Guilty
What about burden of proof? Is it guilty until proven innocent? Or innocent until proven guilty?
By the principle named ‘Presumption of innocence’ all suspects are presumed not- guilty until the end of the trial. And basically, public prosecutors have the burden of proof in criminal trial.
